Ave saí-andorinha

One of the most beautiful birds in our country, the swallowtail has a peculiar body and head shape. Short beak, ending in a small point, with a large and wide mouth. It is also known as sairão, saira, sanhaço-do-barranco, sanhaçuíra (São Paulo) and azulão, saira-sapo and saira-boca-de-sapo (Minas Gerais). Photo taken in a transitional forest from Atlantic Forest to Cerrado right next to a river in the Mariana region, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
